Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This is a plain-English summary of how Kiranello handles data, written to be genuinely accurate about what the product does today — not boilerplate copied from somewhere else. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you're relying on this for a regulated or high-volume business, have your own counsel review it before launch, especially around California's CCPA and call-recording laws.

What we collect

How we use it

Who we share it with

We use third-party infrastructure to run the product, and your data passes through them as part of that: Twilio (phone calls and text messages) and Anthropic (the AI model that reads and responds to conversations). We don't sell data, and we don't share it with anyone else beyond what's needed to run these core features.

Where it's stored

Conversation and account data is stored in a managed, encrypted PostgreSQL database (encrypted both in transit and at rest).
