Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

This is a plain-English summary of the terms Kiranello runs on today, written to be genuinely accurate rather than copied boilerplate. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you're running a regulated or high-volume business on this, have your own counsel review formal terms before relying on them.

What you're signing up for

Kiranello is an AI receptionist: it answers phone calls, text messages, and website chat on your behalf using the information you give it (FAQs, services, hours), and can book appointments into its built-in scheduler. It is currently an early-access product — features, pricing, and behavior may change as it's developed further.

Your account

The AI isn't perfect

The AI answers based on the information you provide and its own judgment — it can make mistakes, including booking the wrong time or misunderstanding a request. You can review and cancel appointments from your dashboard, and the AI is designed to text you anything it's unsure about so you can follow up directly.

Trial & billing

New accounts start on a 14-day free trial, no card required. We'll contact you directly about moving to a paid plan before any charges begin — nothing is billed automatically during the trial.

Phone numbers

At signup we provision a dedicated phone number for your account through our telephony provider (Twilio). This number is tied to your Kiranello account; if you cancel, the number may be released.

Cancellation

You can stop using Kiranello at any time by contacting us — no long-term contract.
